If you create an account in our candidate, client, or recruiter portal, you will be asked to agree to these Terms when you sign up.

Who We Are

Top Industrial Talent is owned and operated by Hensley Group LLC, an independently owned and operated franchise of American Recruiters Enterprises, Inc. All content, tools, and recruiting services on this website are provided by Hensley Group LLC, which is solely responsible for them.

In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Hensley Group LLC, doing business as Top Industrial Talent. "You" means anyone who uses this website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or create an account.

Our Services

Top Industrial Talent provides recruiting and staffing services for industrial equipment markets. We connect qualified candidates with employers seeking talent in compressed air, pumps, HVAC, automation, and related industries.

Candidate Representation

We only present a candidate to an employer after the candidate has given us permission to represent them. Candidates can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing permission does not affect information already shared with an employer before the withdrawal.

Employment Decisions

Employers make all hiring decisions and candidates make all employment decisions. Hensley Group LLC is not the employer of any candidate we introduce unless we agree to that in writing. Employers are responsible for their own interviews, background checks, licensing checks, and compliance with employment laws.

Equal Opportunity

We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.

No Guarantee of Results

We move quickly, and many searches produce interviews in as little as 72 hours. Every search is different, and results depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview, offer, or placement, or that an employer will fill a role within any time frame. Any placement guarantee applies only if it is written into a signed agreement with Hensley Group LLC.

Signed Agreements

If you have a signed agreement with Hensley Group LLC, such as a client search agreement, that agreement controls over these Terms where they conflict.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or this website must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest changes were made. If you have an account, we will notify you of material changes by email or in the portal before they take effect. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

General

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any signed agreement with us are the entire agreement between you and Hensley Group LLC about this website. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms.
