I watched talented professionals struggle with generic recruiters who didn't understand their work. And I saw companies waste months trying to fill critical roles through job boards. I work with industrial equipment OEMs, dealers, and distributors across the USA. My specialties are compressed air, pumps, HVAC/R, and automation. I hire sales hunters who drive revenue, service technicians who keep customers loyal, and leaders who understand how sales, service, and operations function together.

Job boards and resume blasts don't work for the talent I'm after. I spend my time calling into the market, having direct conversations, and presenting only candidates who align with your technical needs and culture. You won't see 100 resumes in your inbox, because every candidate I present is intentional.

The 5-year promise

On exclusive search engagements, I back placed candidates for 5 years. If the hire doesn't work out inside that window, I replace them.

Most of the industry backs placements for 90 days. I back mine for five years because the time I spent on a plant floor changed how I think about recruiting. Terms are defined in the engagement agreement, never on the web.
