Director of Service & Reliability

Our client, a leading national player in Compressed Air & Gas, is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Service & Reliability based in Multi-State (Location Flexible). This role reports to the President / CEO (or Board) and owns strategy, execution, and team development at the executive level for rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressed air systems, dryers, filtration, and piping.

• Executive base + short-term incentive in the $130K - $190K range

• Own P&L, strategy, and operating performance across the assigned scope
• Build and lead the senior team; recruit, develop, and retain key talent
• Set the multi-year growth roadmap including organic, M&A, and new-market initiatives
• Drive operational excellence across sales, service, supply chain, and back office
• Partner with the Board / ownership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and reporting
• Represent the company with major customers, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in industrial equipment, distribution, or related industrial B2B
• Demonstrated success owning a P&L of meaningful scale with measurable growth outcomes
• Strong commercial and operational background; aftermarket / service experience a plus
• Track record of building and developing executive teams
• Strategic, financially fluent, and comfortable working with ownership / Board
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus
